Edition Upgrades

How to Upgrade to Another Edition

Please follow these steps:

1.  Email Support to indicate that you intend to upgrade to another edition. Specify: Program name and the edition that you want to upgrade to.



2.  Use one of these Buy Now buttons in the table below to make a payment for the program edition upgrade. The cost is the difference between the price of your current edition and the price of the new edition.
   
   For example, if your current edition costs $29.95 and the new edition costs $39.95, you would owe $10.00 for the upgrade. If you are not sure which payment is correct, please contact Support.



3.  The upgrade process requires a manual step on our part so the upgrade will NOT take effect instantly upon payment. You will be notified by email within 24 hours (on normal business days) that your upgrade payment has been recieved and our activation server has been updated. At that point, simply reactivate your program via Help -- Activate. See Note below.

Note: You will need to reactivate using your ORIGINAL activation code. Please disregard any new code you may receive in the Upgrade Payment confirmation email.
