Use this forum to communicate with other users, post your comments, share tips, ask questions, and offer suggestions. Anyone can view the forum without registering. To post comments, you must register to join the group. No spamming allowed. We reserve the right to remove spam, inflamatory or inappropriate postings.

Pre-sales questions can be sent directly to our support id on the Contact page. However, all post-sale product usage questions MUST go through the forum rather than contacting support.

New Registration Activation: A forum activation link will be sent to your email address within minutes of registering. If you do not receive an email, check your email SPAM/JUNK folder. Contact us if you ultimately do not receive an activation email.

How to Avoid Forum Advertisements and Protect Personal Data

Caution!

To keep our product prices as low as possible, we use a forum service provider (FreeForums.org) which presents advertisements on forum screens. We do not profit in any way from these ads. Here are some recommendations to minimize annoying ads.

  • Skip Special Offers at Registration  - After you click Submit on the account registration form, you will be presented with Special Offers screens. We recommend that you just close the browser tab once you submit the registration form. Accepting these Offers will likely add you to an annoying mailing list. Even clicking the Pass link may still send your email address to the advertisers.
  • Suppress Screen Advertisements  - To suppress Web Ads on the forum (and most other web sites as well), we highly recommend the free Firefox addon, AdBlock Plus. (or an equivalent Ad Blocker addon for other browsers).
  • Protect Your Personal Data  - We do NOT use any of the personal data you may enter when you register (except email address). You may obscure any personal information on the Registration form as you wish (ex. name, gender, birthdate, zip code). The ONLY REQUIRED VALID VALUE IS AN EMAIL ADDRESS. A forum activation link is sent to this email address. And this email address is also used when you subscribe to a forum topic.

    By registering for a forum userid, you are agreeing to the Personal Data Privacy Policy of FreeForums.org (via CrowdGather, Inc). We (Breakthru Software) do not use any of the Forum Registration Info that is collected and cannot / will not be held responsible for how it is used.

If you subscribe to the News Forum, you will be notified of all new maintenance releases of our programs as they ship as well as other important company news.

Forum Organization

The Board index is organized into a separate Forum for each product and a General Forum. Click the Board index link (see red box in Figure 1.) to return to the top level of the forum.
