eMail is our preferred form of coorespondence. Pre-sales questions can be sent directly to our support id (below). However, all post-sale product usage questions MUST go through the User Forum rather than contacting support.

Contact us at either of the following email addresses. The Gmail account generally is monitored more frequently. Typical response time to email is same day during hours of operation (24 hours max on weekdays).

Scheduled Chat: You may also request to a schedule a chat session at your convenience. Send request by email to Support at the Contact email address above. Suggest a day and time (specify your time zone). Indicate which IM service you use and your IM id. Every effort will be made to accomadate your requested day/time. Support will reply with a confirmation email.

* - The AIM and MSN ids are generally online Weekdays, 8AM to 5PM US Eastern Time, but may be offline if Support is occupied with other customer support activities. Due to spam messages, the other ids are generally used only if you request a Scheduled Chat. Please do not send email to these IM ids since they are not monitored for customer email.

Operations Schedule

We operate weekly, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM US Eastern Time, except for US federal holidays . Requests and emails submitted on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
