Refund Policy

30 Day, Unconditional Money Back Guarantee

At Breakthru Software we want our customers to make the best possible purchase decision. Therefore, we recommend that you take advantage of our free trial software downloads. We also encourage you to explore the product pages of our website to obtain comprehensive product information.

Our first goal is satisfied customers. Within 30 days of your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, just follow our refund procedure and we will refund your payment, no questions asked. Specify "30 Day Guarantee" as your reason for refund request. We, of course, would like to hear why the product did not meet your needs. If you care to share your reasons, please include them. If you experience problems after the 30 day period, we will be glad to work with you resolve any problem to your satisfaction.

In the event that you need to return a Breakthru Software product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, Breakthru Software reserves the right to deny a refund in the case of a non-authenticated purchase (no order number, bad name or address...).

To request a refund for your downloaded (ESD) software purchase, you MUST follow our RMA refund procedure. Click this link to view our RMA refund procedure .

Once your refund request has been reviewed, and we approve the refund; we will send our consent to process the refund to PayPal. We will contact you by email to confirm the refund process has been launched. Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction within a few days.

Proof of Purchase

At any time on your request, Breakthru Software will send you a confirmation of your order via email to the email id specified at time of purchase. For your security and privacy reasons, that is the only email id that we will send this information to.

Activation is Required

This program requires activation using an activation code to unlock the full feature set. See the details on activation.

Free Maintenance Release Upgrades

You are entitled to free upgrades to any maintenance releases for the version of the program that you purchase. For example, if you purchase version 1 (V.r 1.0 = version 1 release 0), you get all future 1.x releases for free (1.1, 1.2, ... etc). Maintenance releases can include functional enhancements as well as program error fixes.

Licensed to ONE Computer

You are purchasing a license to install and use the program on ONE computer only. Attempts to activate the program on multiple computers will fail. You will need to purchase a license for every computer you install the program on.

License Transfer to Another Computer

The program license entitles you to run the program on one computer only. The license is registered to a computer via program activation. To transfer your program license to another computer, you MUST follow the Program License Transfer Procedure. There is a limit of two (2) license transfers. A fee will apply if you do not provide a Program De-activation RMA code.
