Descriptors Attributes
Overview
Descriptors Attributes define and identify the selected Media Item. Open or close this section by clicking on the section header bar.
Descriptors fields

Name - The Name is a short descriptive title for the Media Item and this text is used to identify the item in the Media List. Best to keep it short (4-5 words max).

Description - Use the Description to give cue sequence instructions to the operator. Use the adjacent Edit Description button if you want to enter multiple lines of text.

Media Filename - Filename for the video. Can be any of the supported file formats for video, audio, or image files. If you mouse-over the Filename, the full path is shown.

Media Filename Browse - Use the Browse button to pick the file on your computer or network. Or just Drag and Drop a Media File into the Media List panel (left side panel) from Windows Explorer to create a new Media Item with the Video File already set .

Media Filename Enter Web Link - Use the Web Link button to enter a Web link or Network Share file. Pops up a dialog to enter a Web link (or any free form file location text).
You can enter Web Link files. (format http://web_server/file_path ). You need to include the transfer protocol, typically as "http://". (ex. http://www.myVideoServer.com/videos/anyVideo.mpg ).
You can enter network files. (format \\server\share\file_path ).
You can enter local machine files which achieves the same input as the Browse button above. The format must include full file path, drive:\folder\filename . (ex. D:\Videos\myvideo.mpg )

Video Time Length - Time Length for the video is not calculated until the first time you Load the Media Item.
