Program Configuration Data

Avoid Delays

Support will almost always need this information for problem determination. If you do not send it on your first contact to Support, it will likely be requested causing a delay in processing your request.

Getting the Data

  •  Start the program and go to menu item Help--About.
  •  Select all the text in the About information box and copy to the Windows clipboard.
  •  Paste this text into the email that you send to Breakthru Software Support.


  • Tip: Use Windows keyboard short cuts Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to perform Copy and Paste respectively. And Ctrl-A or your mouse to Select-All text.

Customer Id

Your Customer Id is not included on the About dialog for privacy reasons. Please also send your Customer Id (Customer Id is the same as your activation code).

If the Program Will Not Start

If you can't start the program to get to the About dialog, send this information.

  •  Customer Id
  •  Product name, version and release number.
  •  Windows version and service pack. (ex. Windows XP, service pack SP2)
